How long will it take to build my home?
A:
Normally, from the time we start framing, your house will be completed
within twelve to sixteen weeks for the Base Series
Homes and fourteen to eighteen weeks for the Elite
Series Homes.
Q:
How do you build it so fast?
A:
We build our plans, perhaps with minor changes plus the fact we have
had the same building crews for several years with no turnover in personel.
Q:
How do your prices compare with other builders?
A:
We are told by our customers that our prices run as much as 25% to 30%
less expensive than most builders.
Q:
Do you offer financing?
A:
We have financing available at very competive rates with major mortgage
companies. We can also offer construction loans.
Q:
Does your price include land?
A:
Our prices do not include land. The buyer must have their own land.
However, the land price can be included in your mortgage.
Q:
What does the base price include?
A:
The base price includes the basic house completely finished inside and
out. However, we do have many value added options available.
Q:
Does my land have to be paid for?
A:
No, land can be included in your new home price and financed with your
mortgage loan.
Q:
Do I have to pay closing costs?
A:
With the sale of any home (new or used) there are always closing costs
involved. In most cases, these costs can be included in your new home
loan.

How much do I have to pay down?
A:
We do not require any money down. A large percentage of our home buyers
move into their new home without any down payment.

Are your homes 100% complete and ready to move into?
A:
All of our homes are 100% complete both inside and outside.

Can I choose my own decor?
A:
You can choose all your colors including exterior, interior, roofing,
carpet, vinyl, cabinet counter tops, shutters, etc.

Do you offer different floor plans?
A:
We have approximately 15 different floor plans ranging from about 1040
square feet to 2800 square feet.

What areas in Central Arkansas do you serve?
A:
We serve approximately a 75 mile radius of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Do you include a warranty?
A:
All of our homes come with a one year builders warranty on labor and
material. We also have available an extended ten year builders warranty.

What if I don't have perfect credit?
A:
Many of our customers have had credit problems in the past for various
reasons. However, in most cases we are able to obtain financing for
A, B, C, and D grade credit. Allow us to see what we can do for you.
Most approvals are obtained within 24 to 48 hours.
